People would do anything for their 15 minutes of fame, including ruining the glory of a matrimonial moment.

Dana Hanna, a computer programmer from Maryland, whipped out his blackberry during his wedding ceremony "I do's" and not only changed his relationship status to married on Facebook,  but also sent out a tweet announcing that the couple had become man and wife...oh and of course, they had to post the whole event on youtube!

His tweet: "Standing at the altar with TracyPage where just a second ago, she became my wife! Gotta go, time to kiss my bride."

His Facebook status went from "in a relationship" to "married".

Welll guess what Mr and Mrs Trojan virus...whenever you put something out for public consumption, people will judge you for your idiotic ideas, and that's just what I am doing right now. Mr Hanna Barbera...stick with the cartoons!...this stunt was a rather pretty lame attempt at being witty and clever.

These are certainly crazy times when a husband is more interested in his status update than his beautiful new bride.

"If there is any reason why the groom and bride should not be wed, please let it be known"...SOMEBODY PLEASE STAND UP!

If the groom simply wanted to exploit his wedding, his "special day", to make a youtube video then he deserves a punch in the Facebook.

This man is a social networking addict. He needs therapy! If there isn't a SNA anonymous - there should be now.

On another note...trying not to veer too much off track...I can't stand people who constantly change their relationship status.  "It's complicated" to "single" to "in a relationship".  You look very unstable when you are constantly updating your relationship.  How about you just don't put anything at all until you're sure?? and an "open relationship" status option? REALLY Mark Zuckerberg?

Anyway...I rank relationship status changes high up there on my "Things I really don't care to know about you" through Facebook...along with cryptic status updates about your mental stability: "Lisa is starting her life over", "Lisa wishes things were different"...somebody PLEASE talk Lisa off the Humber River bridge! GOD you sound lonely and pathetic people!....

Oh and by the way, I'm sorry your grandfather died of Epidermodysplasia but I'm not joining your "group".
